Celebrate the strawberry with Cleveland’s top chefs on Monday, June 3, and help the Garden’s Green Corps program and North Union Farmers Market
Indulge in strawberry-inspired delicacies and drinks prepared by more than 20 of Cleveland’s hottest chefs at the 15th annual “Farm to Table” benefit on Monday, June 3, at Cleveland Botanical Garden. Proceeds from this popular fundraiser support Green Corps, the Garden’s urban farming and learning program for local teens, and the North Union Farmers Market.
Farm to Table starts at 5:30 p.m. with “Berry Benefits,” a panel discussion featuring Buster Woolf of Woolf Farms, Mike Mitchell of Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream and Mladen Golubic, MD, PhD, medical director for the Center of Lifestyle Medicine at Cleveland Clinic.
Then, from 6:30 to 9 pm, enjoy live music and appetizing offerings featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients at chef stations on the Garden’s Geis Terrace.
Reservations for Farm to Table can be made by calling 216.721.1600 ext. 100. Tickets are $85 for members of the Garden and North Union Farmers Market and $100 for non-members. Admission includes open wine bar. Event runs rain or shine, and $45 of each ticket is the non-tax-deductible value.
